Lynne Franklin has led Wordsmith for more than eight years, which specializes in enhancing public communication by getting company mission statements across clearly and effectively. In the past she has served as a public relations representative, an organizational communications consultant, a banking and finance journalist, and has established the public relations department at a Fortune 1000 service company.
