The Northwestern University Law Review hosts its annual symposium with legal scholars from across the country (including Reva Siegel, Paul Butler, and Jack Boger) for a discussion of social science and the ongoing fight for racial justice and Equal Protection thirty years after the Supreme Court’s decision in McCleskey v.
