Strengthening Human Capital: Make The Investment
Global Entrepreneurship Project Inc.
Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM
This session is for all levels of employment in an organization, including leadership positions. The concepts of learning, deployment and training are defined as providing employees respectively with soft and hard skills. The process of training is described as being sub-divided into three main parts; training needs assessment, training methods, and evaluation of training. A well-trained human capital is identified as a key component to the success of the organization and therefore requires human capital investment.
