We invite you to join us for this interactive breakfast for Women in Technology. We are featuring great women in tech to give their insight on how they reached their level of success, advice on navigating the workplace, and how we can help the next generation of women in tech.
Join us for lightning talks by a handful of amazing women in the Chicago tech scene and take a deeper dive into the issues women face in the tech industry and find solutions to how we can rise above the obstacles and thrive in this growing field.

About the Speakers
Laura Graves Managing Director,
Laura Graves is a Managing Director at Devbridge Group, a custom software design and delivery firm headquartered in Chicago. Laura leads a cross-functional team of product management, product design and business development professionals. She is responsible for growing the services business by ensuring consistent delivery of quality digital solutions at industry leading speeds.
Laura’s career in tech began in customer success with Celergo Global Payroll, later joining Backstop Solutions Group as an Implementation Project Manager. Armed with empathy for the challenges users encountered with the existing application, she transitioned into a leadership role on Backstop’s Product Management team. In 2016, Laura brought her talents and experience to Devbridge Group. Along the way, Laura has shipped products in financial services, events management, document management and client relationship management. She prides herself in working with teams to tackle challenging problems and bringing a learning mindset to new opportunities.
India Lott Director, Digital Marketing,
India has over 11 years experience working in the Digital Marketing and Media space. Regarded by her colleagues as a ‘Strategic Juggaernaut,’ India has extensive experience working with B2C and B2B brands across several industries including education, technology, insurance, retail, and CPG for both domestic and global clients. Throughout her career, she has relentlessly worked to provide unbiased, strategic direction, innovative integrated marketing solutions, and comprehensive media plans to her clients. She gained her experience having worked for some of the largest agencies in the world including Resolution Media, Zenith and Neo@Ogilvy & Mather.
Having received her Masters in Business Information Technology, she then taught herself how to code in which she began building websites for clients in her spare time which she continues to do today through her company, Gray Sole Media which she founded in 2016. She is a public speaker, regularly presenting at conferences throughout the US, hosting and sitting on panel discussions on topics pertaining to digital and tech. Additionally, she is a Digital Marketing trainer. India has developed and delivered workshops to both small and large size audiences in the areas of SEO basics, Advanced SEO Marketing Techniques, Social Media Marketing Basics and Social Media branding 101 and Advanced.
India volunteers her time with schools on Chicago’s south side. She regularly volunteers with the Chicago Animal Care and Control. She is an avid sports fan, fitness enthusiast, and lover of anything adventurous including eating donuts for breakfast.

Cindy Quendangen Software Engineering Manager,
Cindy is an Engineering Manager at Relativity, working with unstructured data technology that disrupts the legal industry. She currently leads multiple teams of engineers and product analysts to elevate Relativity’s open platform up to the next level, into the cloud. Prior to joining Relativity, Cindy spent 8 years as a software engineer in the high frequency trading industry. As a mentor for several budding female leaders, Cindy is a strong advocate for having more women executives at tech companies. Outside of tech, she volunteers with Impaktfel to help nonprofit organizations improve their operations. Cindy is also a chef and personal tutor for her two daughters.
