Colleen Spaits Wilson, Experienced Product & Product Marketing Leader
Colleen held leadership roles in product, product marketing, strategy, insights, and development helping companies build, launch, and grow products, processes, people and strategy to answer the questions above. She most recently led product strategy and product marketing for Square Capital and served as an advisory and due diligence committee member for various startups and startup competitions.
She recently started her own consulting business, Collaborate Chicago.
Carolyn Chandler, Experience Designer, Strategist, Author & Instructor
Carolyn teaches Experience Design techniques to those who want to understand their customers, and to uncover new ideas for products and services. She also co-authored, Adventures in Experience Design and A Project Guide to UX Design.
She provides creative and technical project teams and their stakeholders with insights, ideas, designs and strategies for creating positive user experiences. She’s worked with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations, looking at specific products or across areas of the business that impact customer engagement.
Amy Willis, Interaction Design Manager
Amy believes strongly that creating good design comes from looking at how users actually use products and applications, not how we think they use them. Following a user-centered approach allows me to create innovative, easy-to-use products that are quickly adopted by users.
She has a technology background, which, combined with work as a photographer, educator, and extensive experience abroad puts me in a unique position to develop strong user-centered products.
Deborah Hill, Moderator
Deborah has a deep background in financial services software and is a CAIA Level II candidate. She helps software companies serving the buy-side build strong client-facing teams, delight clients and grow revenue. Deborah is currently seeking her next opportunity.
She’s a member of the advisory board for Satuit Technologies, a firm serving the wealth management community.
