MATTER Workshop: Putting Wheels on Ideas

Tue, December 5, 2017 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

How do you design amazing business models? How do you move from strategic thinking to action? How do you build a plan and process for getting things done?

Both established corporations and startups will benefit from this hands-on workshop, where we will:

• Introduce an approach to create new business models that have rigorous thinking and detail behind them
• Look at approaches to assess the viability of your ideas from multiple perspectives to ensure they are brought to life

You will gain experience with using the Business Model Canvas to design business options and then use project management techniques to get your ideas moving.

DoTank and Integrated Project Management Company will lead this interactive workshop on how to turbocharge innovation and “Put Wheels on Your Ideas”.
