In addition to great networking, January’s Innovation Breakfast will feature Andria Long, Vice President of Innovation mer Insights at Johnsonville. Andria has graciously offered to share some favorite pages from her innovation playbook, including what she’s learned building two innovation centers in Chicago and leading innovation at a nimble family-owned company.
Andria Long has more than 20 years of food and beverage experience. She’s led teams at a diverse range of companies across the size, ownership, business stage, and innovation capability spectrum.
She is currently the Vice President of Innovation & Consumer Insights at Johnsonville, where she built a new Innovation Center in Downtown Chicago and immediately set about launching a steady stream of new products with her team.
Previously, Andria was the Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at Sara Lee, where she unleashed the potential of legacy brands. In her career, she’s worked on some of the world’s most recognized and valuable brands including Sara Lee, Cheez-It, Huggies, St. Ives, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, and Ball Park. She’s delivered new products with staying power well above industry norms.
