T. Jamison Thea Jamison, CFA, started her investment career in emerging and frontier markets in 1997. She has researched investment opportunities in over 90 countries and invested directly in 60 local markets around the world. Over her career, Jamison has built out new firms focused on the emerging and frontier markets, as well as started new emerging market strategies within established firms.

Jamison is the founder and Managing Director of CHANGE Global Investment, LLC, a boutique asset management servicing large institutional investors with public equity investments in the emerging and frontier markets. Jamison and her team deploy a fundamentally driven approach focused on uncovering stocks with limited or no analyst coverage across the developing world. As a respected resource on the asset class, she enjoys educating investors about the outlook and opportunities in the emerging and frontier markets.

Jamison is a Board Member of the Stanford Business School Alumni chapter in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Over the years, she has served as an investment committee member at the Whitman College Endowment, the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington and the Clark College Foundation. Jamison earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and her Bachelor of Science in International Business, summa cum laude, from Menlo College. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She resides with her husband and three children in Southwest Washington.
