The Politics and International Relations Department presents the Fall Tiffany Memorial Lecture with Dr. Victor Cha on November 15, 2018 at 7 p.m.

Cha is the Senior Adviser and Korea Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He also holds the D.S. Song-KF Professorship in Government and International Affairs at Georgetown University. He is the author of five books including his most recent book Powerplay: Origins of the American Alliance System in Asia (Princeton University Press, 2016). He is currently coauthoring a new book, Korea After Unification: Planning for the Inevitable, which will be published by Columbia University Press.
