DPELC Founders’ Agreement Workshop
Presented by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law’s Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center

Without a founders agreement, it may be difficult for founders to resolve disagreements in the future and ventures may stumble or ultimately fail. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of these agreements and certain key terms that founder should consider including.
