Let our experts help you cut through the noise in order to spot the impactful new strategies. Join us to hear from a panel of Digital Marketers who will predict trends and give us insight into what they believe will be most important digital marketing strategy or tactic to plan for in of 2018. Will it be integrating conversational commerce, shifting focus to Generation Z , or increasing personalization through AI? There are so many possibilities.

We’ll dive into: How each marketer determines trends. Trends from 2017 and lessons learned. Predicted trends for 2018 .

Lauren Ramsey is digital storyteller and promoter of brands, brands, and individuals through Betsy Bash, a boutique social media agency and Lauren Ignited, a community for soul music and comfort food fanatics. She has worked with million dollar consulting firms and well-known brands like Disney Corporation, notable restaurants and bars such as BB’s Cafe and The Flat in Houston, Texas, and has interviewed bands such as Sergio Mendes, Iration, The Wailers, and Tortured Soul. India has over 11 years experience working in the Digital Marketing and Media space. Regarded by her colleagues as a ‘Strategic Juggaernaut,’ India has extensive experience working with B2C and B2B brands across several industries including education, technology, insurance, retail, and CPG for both domestic and global clients. Throughout her career, she has relentlessly worked to provide unbiased, strategic direction, innovative integrated marketing solutions, and comprehensive media plans to her clients. She gained her experience having worked for some of the largest agencies in the world including Resolution Media, Zenith and Neo@Ogilvy & Mather.

Having received her Masters in Business Information Technology, she then taught herself how to code in which she began building websites for clients in her spare time which she continues to do today through her company, Gray Sole Media which she founded in 2016. She is a public speaker, regularly presenting at conferences throughout the US, hosting and sitting on panel discussions on topics pertaining to digital and tech. Additionally, she is a Digital Marketing trainer. India has developed and delivered workshops to both small and large size audiences in the areas of SEO basics, Advanced SEO Marketing Techniques, Social Media Marketing Basics and Social Media branding 101 and Advanced.

India volunteers her time with schools on Chicago’s south side. She regularly volunteers with the Chicago Animal Care and Control. She is an avid sports fan, fitness enthusiast, and lover of anything adventurous including eating donuts for breakfast.

As a Client Partner at Twitter, Alex partners with the biggest brands of the world to accomplish their advertising goals. Alex shares his Twitter expertise with agencies and brands to improve marketing strategies with tangible business results.

Alex joined Twitter as an Account Coordinator where he developed a passion for storytelling with data. Alex specialized in Retail for more than three years and worked closest with Best Buy and adidas. He worked with top CPG brands for the last half of 2017. In 2018, Alex is a part of a new team at Twitter.

At the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Alex studied reporting, strategic communication and political science. As their first social media intern, Alex solidified the university’s reputation as one of the most social media savvy schools in the country. In addition to his coursework and involvement, Alex managed institutional social media accounts during most of his waking hours for his last year and a half on campus.

Randy has been with NEXT/NOW since it’s inception, after a successful career with the Atlanta Braves Organization and Pepsico where he skillfully managed multiple high-profile sales accounts. Randy works with clients, partners and NEXT/NOW staff to ensure that each project realizes the client’s vision and aligns with the brand’s goals and desired outcomes. His hands-on approach supports a clear and collaborative process from concept to completion. Projects of note for NEXT/NOW include the McDonald’s traveling VR experience, LG’s Final Four FanFest, Intel’s Best Buy retail showcase, Accenture Digital Lounge, John Deere North America and Europe dealer Projection-Mapping experience, the NBA store in NYC, Audi Product Launch Interactive and Chevron’s ‘Bumper to Bumper’ traveling AR experience.
