During this 60-minute seminar, attendees will learn how to craft a communications and messaging strategy. We’ll go over brand messaging, company names, taglines, “About Us” descriptions and talking points — all of the thinking that has to be happen before execution and launch. Then we’ll introduce how this work should be rolled out to ensure every employee is on the same page. Leading the seminar will be Melissa Harris, founder of M. Harris & Co., and a former Chicago Tribune business columnist, who does this work for companies including UI Labs, Interactive Health, Minitab and the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation.
